I'm 19 years old and looking to lose about 10 pounds. I'm 5'8 and weigh 130 pounds. I used to weigh around 116 pounds but gained weight recently. If I eat healthier and exercise daily while taking NV diet pill will this help to achieve my goal? and will I gain the weight back when I stop taking the pill? I just need help jumpstarting my diet. I'm not interested in extreme weight loss or becoming dependent on a diet pill I just need some assistance getting started. is NV right for me? does anyone have any experience with this diet plan?
